BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

A business model canvas consists of two elements, the front end, and the back end. For this project, there are 5 elements at the front end and 4 elements at the back end.

The customer segments can be divided into four parts demography, geography, psychography, and socioeconomic.

Demography is the product available for UNIMAS students, lecturers, staff, and the public.

Geography, the process of promoting and selling is in between the UNIMAS campus and the stocks supplied by a store in Selangor.

Psychography is Social Media users/followers and also people who love to cherish moments by printing photos. Lastly, socioeconomic, this project includes all groups of income.

Then for the value propositions, for example, fast delivery, attractive prices, the films’ quality, and the films’ availability.

The channels that we used are at the university and college, and online sales are based on our social media like FB, IG, TikTok, etc.

The customer relationships can be customer feedback, loyalty programs, and advertisement.

The revenue streams can be earned from our photographer service, printing Instax film, and delivery fee.

While at the back end, the key resources are Wi-Fi, smartphones to communicate with customers, and funding.

The key activities may consist of faster service time, high film quality, and good attitude staff.

The key partners could be the rental camera supplier, Instax film supplier, and classes that we used to interact with customers.

Lastly, the cost structures include salaries, Instax film cost, the postage of materials, and partner commissions.
